The timestamps section is under redesign, previously, it depended on a default html element that works for time, not duration, that's why it sometimes showed 24hrs, now it's made from scratch to meet the needs.

Same here, the timestamps Current Timestamp button seems to be bonked. You can enter a time manually but when you press the current timestamp button it resets back to 00:00:00.

The timestamp display in the upper right also doesn't really match up with the actual time entered. But still links to the correct timestamp.

I enter 01:22:00 and in the top right it shows 22:00:00
